No, sorry.
It is about classic cars that have been modified suddenly will loose their current reg number and have to be BIVA tested and if passed have a Q plate instead.

So, a Mk1 Escort with flared arches will loose its reg and become a Q.
I'm really angry about it, so won't discuss on here .
