Check the Historic Rally Car Register website. They list a lot of Classic Car Tours.

A pity you didn't ask the question 2 weeks ago. The HRCR had their annual open day at Gaydon on the Saturday of the Autosport show. (This is the normal date so that people can see what they are going to spend on Friday and where they are going to use it on Saturday).

BMWChris is on a distinguished road
The ones where you navigate and try and stick to set routes, set average speeds etc are called "Road Rallies". HRCR do various versions. I've done a few in their Clubmans championship which have a combination of navigation and against-the-clock "tests" (similar to an autotest but you don't see the course first) but there are others that are just about the navigation. They do a good training / taster day about the navigation (there are lots of ways to be given / work out the route, the driving is the low skill bit) and car preparation (if you want to win you'll need a special trip meter, though I finished mid table once using the standard car one and some educated guess work). Its good fun and a real chance to work as a team.

Try out a NavEx or NavScatter for a road-based event. There's a NavScatter next Friday that isn't too far from you.
