Hi Tom. Waiting on parts mainly. New diff coming this week from Douglas at Westgarage; rear uprights, steering arms and steering column all being modified by Jo White at the moment. Front uprights have been modified for Ford stub axles now so just need hubs and bearings fitted. All new shocks and springs on the way, probably today. Custom brake discs and calipers will need to be worked out once the front hubs are finished. The rear brake disc is going to be inbuilt with the diff so that should be straightforward to sort.
Once I have the diff in place I can ensure the engine is lined up exactly - it's installed at the moment but was aligned to the old Mini diff so may need a bit of tweaking for the Quaife LSD. Engine brackets can then be finished off.
Seat and pedal box have all been fitted, I can now reach the pedals now I've fitted an ali box spacer!
More pics soon.

What's happened to the thumbnails and auto-resizing of pictures on the forum? Seems there's still some gremlins from the data loss a couple of weeks ago. I notice some symbols are still being substituted with a question mark too.

Coming along nicely now thanks to Jo White and the work he has put in to create new rear uprights and strengthened rocker arms for me. Great work Jo!

Welding all completed - harness bar and headrest finished by Jo again - thanks! Nice shiny exhaust made by Graham Frankland at 'Exhaust by Design' too. Now I can start the final assembly and it will start looking like a proper car again.

That's the floor marked up, drilled and pinned in position prior to trimming the sides down. I'm going for a full length floor rather than the original size which you can see in the first photo. The sides are also extended to cover sidepods too.
