Prescott National

Well my final event has come and gone.

Apologies for disappearing early and not saying goodbye. After my first timed run the lump in my throat was already too big and given the very tricky conditions, and a strong desire to keep the car in one piece I elected to miss the second run, and slip quietly away.

Many, many thanks to all the friends I have made over the last 40 years in single seaters! Good luck for the remainder of this season. We hope to spectate occasionally next year and look forward to seeing you all then.

Best wishes
Andy

PS - the OMS 25 is now available - see "for sale"!!!!!

It will be a shame not to see you competing with us!
And hopefully we will still see you around the hills?

Sorry to hear you're hanging up your helmet, Andy.
Hope that we will still see you often through the season. You'll both be able to enjoy the social life without the aggravation of competing!!
Best Wishes,
Jonathan

Retirement.

Andy.
I think you should get a class Ki car and join our class, we really have a ball and its not only about the driving as we get a bit older. I'm sure you would enjoy it and rekindle your passion in Ki. If you do decide to pack it up for good please continue to show up as often as possible Shiela and yourself are part of the furniture.

I would think there could be a lot more people thinking of retiring due to the new one day formats taking place at some of our favourite hills. Big shame.
