Max Trimble RIP

Learnt yesterday that Max Trimble died yesterday morning.
Max was one of the very oldest seniors of the Hagley & District Light Car Club, organisers of the famous Loton Park hill climb venue.

He was fundamental in all the Club's growth and prosperity as well as founding Loton as the competition site for the Club since the take over in 1970.

He was also the current President, not for the first time, and a really pleasant character as those who knew him will attest.
This is my personal statement, the Club will be making a formal statement shortly.

RIP Max. A pleasure to work with everytime.
'Sawing away at the wheel' will always be my memory of him from Top Ess.

Let's not forget 'going like a dingbat'

Will try and drop a few into commentary at the weekend in memoriam

Friendly man, though I never knew him very well, and always very listenable to (if that is a thing?)
