Yeh, and I can't put it back together before I find out what's wrong, its like the 2nd bank of injectors isn't working, I've lost compression again when a plug melted. More testing in the garage tonight, I haven't even looked at the repair needs yet, but likely melted head again.

Its a lean/random mixture that I can't find the cause of, fuel pressure is good and the ecu thinks it's sending the right pules width of fuel to the engine but somehow its not translating into fuel into the engine. I only had one run at Mira with it not pulling properly, looked at the plugs and 1 melted and the loss of compression, I didn't want to run it again until I can find the problem.

Sounds like an air leak to me causing it to lean out

If it were an air leak I would loose boost, boost is the same as ever, 1 bar max. The problem is more severe that that. I'm just about to get my injectors flow matched/checked but a simple check didn't show anything, I'm trying to simulate the engine running by turning the crank trigger in my mill so the ecu thinks the engine is running and then trying to measure the length of pulses sent to the injectors, trouble is I'm limited to around 3000 rpm of my mill, that speed is scary enough. I'm going to have to make a special trigger to fool it into thinking its running faster.
